At the bottom you will see Protein % 16.3. That is what our wheat averaged. The US Government, called FSA office said they had never seen that much protein before. We were paid more money for the protein wheat. This is our second year of raising wheat with 16 & 17% protein. This is called a warehouse receipt from the Terminal elevator (Scoular Elevators). We take this receipt to our FSA office and we can get a loan on our wheat without having to sell it at lower prices right now. We can hold on to it until the prices go up.
